OdinMS UPDATE: Odin Says ¡®Stop Running Private Servers!¡¯

Today the OdinMS staff made an update on their website, OdinMS.de following up on the contract they had posted on their website.

Update (02/03/09): Please take note of the following statements signed by us, Patrick Huy and Matthias Butz. As you can see we currently cannot accept all of the demands. Nevertheless we are still more than willing to settle this dispute peacefully out of court.
Basically the content of the statement is that we agree under contractual penalty not to be involved in any private server activity concerning Nexon¡¯s property.
We would also like to take this opportunity to ask you to stop any such activity you may be involved in for your own good. It was never the intention of OdinMS to do any harm to Nexon, so be aware that running private servers is not at all in our interest. Far from it! If you want to show your support you can find the means to do so below.
